Jessica is the Listing Manager for The Schauble Team. When you list your home with us, you are her #1 priority! During the listing process, she will keep in close contact with you. With the help of Christine, Jessica will monitor the market to make sure your home is competitively priced with other homes similar to yours on the market. Angela is the Advertising Manager for The Schauble Team. She is responsible for advertising your home in multiple venues. Your home will also be placed on multiple websites to maximize your homes exposure. Angela and Christine work together to schedule open houses. Nancy is the Transaction Manager for The Schauble Team. She and Christine will coordinate the many details regarding title work, deed, inspections, appraisal, closing dates, loan approval, and other paperwork involved in the sale from the time an offer is received until the transfer of title at the closing. Nancy is here to oversee the considerable amount of work that must be done and the many small details that need attention to ensure a smooth transaction.
